great.
my housemate was sick with the flu yesterday, now i've got it. i really wish he'd have stayed in his room while he was sick, rather than lounge about the living room and other common areas. when i'm sick i try to keep away from my 'mates so i don't pass it along.
it's common courtesy, really; if you you are sick and have housemates, why not hide yourself away from them until you're no longer contagious, rather than sit in the living room and so on? there's no need to spread the germ-love around; lay low until other people are out of the way *then* go do whatever you have to do.
hell, i'd rather cook up dinner for him myself, rather than catching the flu/cold/ebola from him being in the kitchen at the same time and bloody coughing everywhere.
grrrrrr...i hate being sick. i think this is maybe the eighth time i've been really sick since i got back. between school, housemates, taking the subway, dancing and the gym, there are far too many opportunities for me to catch something.
not to mention that being sick makes it hard to concentrate on making major life decisions, like whether or not i should move again...
and renita, if you're reading this, wtf? where are you? school can't have you bogged down *that* much. did you get abducted by aliens? perish in a canadian snowstorm? become amish? write back, already.
