how i spent (part of) my summer vacation.

The first two were taken aboard the ferry on the the way out (finally!) of tallinn, en route to stockholm. It was a very warm night, and the sunset, as you can see, was spectacular. The warm weather also brought people on deck, including some latvians who started dancing on deck--some kind of folk dance--so I joined in for a bit.

Dancing on the deck as the sun goes down, to the sound of a guitar, mouth harp, and drum. Just amazing.

The rest are in and around herrang, home of the dance camp that draws me back every year.
