Inga, who are you?

Today i did two things I've never done before:
1. Took the first of an eight-class improv course--lots of fun, interesting self-reflection as well. Looking forward to doing more. Takes almost a bloody hour to get there cos it's cross-town but at least it's a nice ride (past the GGB and near the Marina).

2. Went to the Marina Safeway, which is (or was, at some point) supposed to be *the* meeting place for singles in SF. From the looks of the people in there, I'm surprised they aren't checking faces (and bank accounts) at the door. (In either case, I would have most certainly been denied entry). Definitely lots of attractive women, if a bit homogenous.

Yesterday the weather in Vilnius, Lithuania, was warmer than in SF (15 C vs 12). Today, it's the same (15 C).

To live on the outskirts of SF I pay almost $600 for rent. In Tallinn I had my own apartment a 15 minute walk from the old town for about $100.

In Germany I was taking a martial arts class for $35 per month. Here in SF, that same style costs almost $100 a month.

Sometimes (well, often) I wonder why the hell I came back.
